Marine Operations Coordinator

The Marine Operations Coordinator will support safe, efficient vessel and personnel movements across a busy coastal operating environment. The role connects marine crews, logistics teams, HSE personnel, contractors, and client representatives. Key responsibilities - Maintain daily vessel schedules, movement logs, and operational status reports. - Coordinate passenger manifests, cargo readiness, permits, and shore-base interfaces. - Escalate weather, safety, equipment, and scheduling risks promptly. - Support incident reporting, toolbox meetings, and post-operation reviews. Preferred profile - Degree or professional qualification in marine transport, nautical science, logistics, engineering, or a related field. - At least three years of relevant marine, offshore, or base-logistics experience. - Strong spreadsheet, reporting, radio-communication, and stakeholder-management skills. - Working knowledge of marine HSE expectations and journey-management controls.
