HSE Advisor - Marine and Logistics

This field-facing role will help operating teams identify hazards early, apply practical controls, and maintain reliable HSE records across vessel, jetty, warehouse, and transport activities. Key responsibilities - Conduct inspections, task-risk reviews, toolbox-talk observations, and contractor assurance checks. - Monitor corrective actions and produce concise weekly performance reports. - Support emergency drills, incident investigations, and learning reviews. - Coach supervisors on practical application of permit-to-work and journey-management requirements. Required experience - Recognised HSE qualification with relevant marine or logistics experience. - Demonstrated knowledge of incident investigation and risk assessment. - Ability to communicate firmly and respectfully across mixed workforces. - Current offshore or marine safety certifications are an advantage.
